Our first course is focused on a career in the Medicare Advantage industry. The course is divided into nine modules.

Who will benefit from the courses?
PSyn's CEO, Ranarda Jones, designed the courses specifically for professionals aiming to enter the managed care industry, even if they have limited or no prior experience. Having begun her own journey in managed care as the Director of Medicare Pharmacy Services for a local Blues plan, straight from retail pharmacy. The invaluable knowledge she gained during her initial six months served as the fundamental basis for developing this course. Six years after founding PSyn, Ranarda has created a comprehensive program that equips learners with all the necessary tools to embark on a similar career path.
Curriculum
The Medicare Advantage course is available in two different packages. The Core package contains four modules (Intro to Managed Care, Medicare 101, Medicare guidance, and Star Ratings). The premium package includes all nine modules. All modules are self-paced online courses. There will be periodic live instructor led classes throughout the modules. Learners will be able to ask questions during the live session, email, or via chatroom in the virtual classroom. Handouts and quizzes will be available for all modules and a certificate of completion will be provided. Below is a sample video from our second course, Medicare 101.
